All products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in DKK (or EUR if specified) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via third-party providers.

4. Shipping

We ship from Denmark to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times are stated during checkout. Delays may occur due to customs or logistics.

5. Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Personalized items are non-refundable unless defective. Please get in touch with us before returning any items.

6. Warranty

We guarantee the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

 

7. Liability

BrenRaven Danmark is not liable for indirect losses, shipping delays, or damages resulting from the misuse of products.
